Client Charter

We; the staff of the Industrial Partnership & Community Relation Department is committed to provide professional, quality and effective services to:

1. Resolve any business at service counters within 15 minutes;

2. Respond to inquiries from stakeholders within no later than three (3) working days;

3. Connect the agencies and departments of government / industry / community with internal departments within no later than three (3) working days after the request is received from the relevant agencies and departments of government/ industry/ community;

4. Inform the students in the 3rd week of each month a list of new industries (if any) willing to accept students to undergo industrial training in their place through the Portal JJIM.
